This implements a mana-based spell system for party members in Baldur's Gate II. You can memorize spells at any time by pressing V. You can see how many mana points remain by hitting N. When your mana points drop below 0, you will suffer a penalty, and will not be able to cast spells again until resting. Spells take away mana point values equal to their casting level, so a level 1 spell like Magic Missile will take away 1 point, and a level 3 spell like Fireball will take away 3 points. There are also slight modifications to existing spells.
The ADPack is a WeiDU-based mod for Baldur's Gate II. It aims to fix/tweak/enhance arcane and divine spells in the game's final release. Various bugs are removed, some of the weaker spells are improved, and a few spells are completely remade.

One of the most criticized elements of D&D gameplay is the magic system, and that fact that mages and preists need to sleep to regain cast spells. This criticism applies even more so to computer implementations of D&D, where it's routine to press the rest button after every battle. It's nice to be able to get spells back so easily, and it adds an element of balance, however it's not terribly good for role-playing.

The Spell Revisions mod aims to fix/tweak/enhance arcane and divine spells in Baldur's Gate II. This originally started as a project to make the spell system more balanced: weaker spell have been improved, overpowered ones have been (or will be) nerfed, save-or-else spells now benefit from increased saving throw penalties, and so on.

SpellPack⢠brings many spells closer to their AD&D incarnations, whether it is a cloudkill that travels, or a chain lightning that arcs to up to 12 different creatures. Some of the spells are drawn from the Icewind Dale series rather than from AD&D.

This mod adds a 7th level spell to the game, that allows the entire party teleport to the areas you've already visited. You can't teleport to all previous places, just some of the most important areas are picked up. Furthermore, you can't teleport form some other areas as well. You can buy scroll with this spell in Adventurer“s Mart and in Ust Natha.
